You can also walk through the pine forests and the rolling meadows with the beautiful lake amidst them are perfect picnic spots. Mooppanpara hill gives the panoramic view of the breathtaking ravines.

Vagamon is roughly 100 km from Kochi and 64 km from Kottayam, which is also the nearest railway station.
